At FootEdge, we prioritize efficient and reliable delivery for all your footwear essentials. Our team processes orders with meticulous care, ensuring your selected styles—whether designed for performance, comfort, or urban exploration—reach you in pristine condition. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, with fulfillment handled through our global logistics partners.

Shipping Timeframe

Processing times may vary slightly based on inventory availability and seasonal demand. Once shipped, domestic deliveries generally arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipments may take 10-20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Note that unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions or carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with the following options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders totaling $0-$60, with a flat rate of $15.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders of $60 or more (up to $9,999).

All costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart total and destination.

Shipping Regions

We currently serve customers across North America, Europe, and select Asian/Australian regions. Some remote locations or countries with complex import regulations (e.g., Brazil, Russia) may experience restrictions. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s portal or via your FootEdge account dashboard. Haven’t received tracking details? Check your spam folder or allow up to 48 hours for system updates.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to logistical challenges. If your shipment exceeds the estimated timeframe by 5+ business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. For lost packages, we’ll initiate a carrier investigation and provide solutions—including reshipment or refund—once the case is resolved.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing. We recommend consulting your country’s import policies before ordering. While we can’t predict or reimburse these fees, we ensure all paperwork accurately reflects your order value to minimize complications.
